PROCESSING TIMES

All our products are handmade and made-to-order with love and attention to detail. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

• Lighter Products: 15-21 business days • Wedding Wear: 21-30 business days
• Bridal Wear: 1-1.5 months (4-6 weeks)

Processing times are clearly mentioned in each product description. Processing begins after order confirmation and payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Shipping time is additional to processing time.

• Domestic shipping within India: 3-7 business days

 • International shipping: 7-15 business days (where available)

• Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and weight

MADE-TO-ORDER NOTICE

Since each piece is individually crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and make your item unique. We do not maintain ready stock - every order is specially made for you.

ORDER UPDATES

• Order confirmation sent within 24 hours • Progress updates provided during the making process • Shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges (contact us first) • Processing times may extend during festival seasons and peak wedding periods • Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
