1. Are returns or exchanges allowed?

Since all pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns. Each outfit is specially handcrafted for individual clients, which makes returns difficult.

However, size exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery. We allow one size up or down, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Also, all our pieces have up to 2 inches of margin for alterations as well.
Note: We do not offer color or style exchanges.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Timelines vary by design:

Ready-to-ship / simple outfits: 7–15 days

Heavy designs: Up to 30 days

Bridal or semi-bridal: 1–2 months depending on detailing


If the piece is available, we may dispatch it earlier. For urgent orders, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

3. Are the fabrics used pure and high-quality?

Yes. Wherever mentioned, we use pure fabrics like Chanderi, organza, velvet, and more. All materials and embroideries are carefully selected for their luxury feel and durability.

4. How does custom sizing work?

After placing your order, please email your measurements and Order ID to our official email address. We’ll craft the outfit based on those body measurements.

If we don’t receive your measurements within 2 days, our team will reach out to assist you through email. (make sure you are subscribed to us so we can send you the email)

5. Can I customize the sleeves, length, or fit completely?

Yes, we offer full customization. If you’d like to modify the sleeves, neckline, length, or fit, please email us your preferences after placing the order.

Our team will review your request and send pricing and timelines based on the changes.

6. How do I care for my outfit?

All outfits are handmade and delicate. We recommend dry cleaning only. Store in a muslin cloth or garment bag and keep away from direct sunlight or moisture to preserve embroidery and fabric color.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow the shipment.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.

9. Will the color be exactly like the photos?

We photograph all pieces in natural light, but minor color differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric sheen. We promise the product will look just as beautiful in person.

Absolutely. You can book a virtual or in-person consultation by emailing or messaging us on Instagram. We’ll guide you through fabrics, styling, sizing, and any custom changes you'd like.
