EXCHANGE POLICY

About Returns and Refunds

Since our pieces areĀ made-to-order and specially crafted for you, returns and refunds are not possible. We only provideĀ exchangesĀ under the conditions mentioned below to ensure the perfect fit for your custom piece.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Time Limit:Ā Exchanges must be requested withinĀ 24 hoursĀ of delivery
  • Size Options:Ā Exchanges allowed forĀ one size up or one size down only
  • Condition:Ā Items must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email/phone]
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
  3. Customer arranges and pays for pickup/returnĀ of the item to be exchanged
  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new size to you
  5. Free deliveryĀ for the replacement item

Shipping Charges

  • Return/Pickup:Ā Customer bears the cost of returning the original item
  • New Item Delivery:Ā FREE - We cover the shipping cost for your replacement item

Custom Fit Items - No Exchanges

  • Custom-made piecesĀ cannot be exchanged as they are specially made to your measurements
  • Alteration marginsĀ are built into all custom pieces to accommodate minor size adjustments
  • Please ensure accurate measurements when ordering custom fit items

Heavy Custom Pieces - Alteration Service

  • Wedding Edit, Bridal, and Semi-Bridal piecesĀ cannot be exchanged due to their custom nature
  • Minor alterationsĀ may be possible at no additional cost
  • Complex alterationsĀ will be chargeable based on the work required
  • Alteration feasibility and charges will be accessed and communicated at the time of request
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange alterations

What We Don't Accept

  • Returns or refunds
    • As these are made-to-order pieces crafted specially for you
  • Exchange requests after 24 hours
  • Custom fit/made-to-order pieces (alterations available for heavy pieces)
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags
  • Size changes beyond one size up or down

Processing Time

  • Exchange requests are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item
  • New items will be shipped with free delivery within 2-3 business days of processing
  • Alteration timelines will be communicated based on the complexity of work require
